The hotel was constructed in the “Colonial” style in 1999 by the present owner and is situated in the beautiful Axarquia región of Andalucía just 15 minutes from the vibrant coastal town of Rincon de la Victoria and only 30 minutes from Malaga International Airport.

For sports enthusiasts an 18 hole golf course, padel courts, as well as riding stables are just 10 minutes by car from the hotel.

Constructed area is almost 400m and the land area is 19,000 metres. There are 7 double bedrooms, all with full en suite facilities, 2 on the ground floor with wheelchair access. All rooms have sea and mountain views.

The hotel has its own water supply with registered well and 170,000 litres of water storage. The hotel pool is solar heated and measures 12m by 6m.

Possibility to extend: In 2008 plans were approved for the construction of 36 apartments and recreation areas with bowling green, gym etc, linked to the hotel. This planning consent could be reactivated with the local authorities concerned.
